I am particularly valued for my capacity to transform complex data into simple, visual messages. In an international matrix company, I created a clear reporting structure for the European top management with an overall view. This led to the reorganisation of the operational data within the relational database. I have also developed a common approach to monitor KPIs for different business units and have even encouraged production teams to use financial KPIs.

Data Quality & Processes

Maintaining data integrity and defining clear processes is key to keeping users on board. If the data is wrong, incomplete or missing, users will not trust the tool and will abandon it quickly. As a result, they will build their own database (most of the time in excel spreadsheets) and/or enter the info as they think it should be. Each user will build their own world and their own truth.


Working with key users in building, organising and maintaining data really adds value for your organisation. This is a long process starting at the beginning of the project, and I will guide you through the journey of achieving data integrity and setting processes.
